I'm a sophomore at a second tier target ivy who wants to get into management or human capital consulting. I have strong leadership on campus and a decent (3.66) GPA which will go up after this semester. Many of the consulting firm internships that are offered through my college's career services (OW, Booz) only let juniors apply. I'm interested in getting experience in consulting this summer, where should I look? My other options are probably HR at a decent firm (my school is heavily recruited for HR). Am I limited to boutique firms? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
