I am a freshman in college, and I'm in a dual degree program in Business and Law, so I'm exploring both career paths this summer. On one hand I'm learning about the Financial Advisory side of M&A by interning at Ernst & Young's M&A Advisory Group (TAS). On the other hand I'm doing an internship in the legal advisory side of M&A at a top 30 US Biglaw firm's corporate/M&A practice group (Think White & Case-level)
But in case I want to try and get a IBD placement next summer, can M&A Legal Experience at biglaw be spinned easily? Would it help me?
Thanks!
