Easy Banks to break into for Back Office Internships

Hello, I am a sophomore at a semi-target to target (on the lines of UMich, UVA, UCLA) majoring in ECON with a 3.6 GPA. I am interested in working in the back-office for ANY banks may they be small or unknown. I have been searching for over a month and have been applying online, reaching out to recruiters, and etc. But I received no response. I was wondering if there are any ways that I should approach recruiting as my time is little since recruiting season is almost over.
