I was wondering how likely it is that I will get drug tested for an internship in finance given that its my first internship?
- note that the internship is in another city and starts june 8th (I might get an offer tomorrow)
How common is drug testing for finance internships (entry level, first internship, summer term)?
Will I get notified of the drug screen at the time I get the internship offer or after I have already accepted the offer?
If I have to get drug screened at what point will this happen? When I accept the offer or two weeks before I start or as soon as I get to the city?
Is it customary for very small start ups to want to drug screen? Will they pay for the drug screen? Will they make me take the test in my city or theirs?
